Hello, Xfinity.
Are you people EVER going to fix the billing issues with account #[Edited: "Personal Information"]? Or are you simply going to send me emails demanding payment for services that you not only did not provide but actually owe me money on? How 'bout it Xfinity? Any answers here because there sure aren't any on your so-called help line or the brain dead Xfinity Assistant.
I challenge you to get your stuff together and actually fix problems instead of giving me platitudes and telling me how much you appreciate me as a customer. Any takers?
