Having to call about the same unresolved issues with no resolution

I relocated from Michigan to Georgia. My service in Michigan was never disconnected although I've called many times.

I am being charged 1 of 24 installment fees for security equipment that is already my equipment that I previously purchased a year ago. I called and was told that the billing would be removed however the billing is not removed. 

I am exhausted from all of the calling and back and forth and the same issues continue to persists.

Can someone finally resolve these issues without me having to call back again and be transferred to a bunch of representatives who are incompetent!

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
