Haven't Moved In to new apartment but still being charged for service.

hello, I recently ordered an xfinity wifi plan for my apartment that i will be moving into 04/12/2024 because I was told I could order 30 days in advance and not be charged until I have actually activated the service. However, i have Just received a bill for the service. I have not activated the service nor am I at the new apartment as of yet so no internet is in use so I am being charged for a service I am not using as of yet.
