Have attempted to upgrade to unlimited data, but customer service agent stopped responding.

I want to upgrade to unlimited data. The website does not work. I created a post on these forums months ago for this issue, and was then messaging a customer service agent to do the upgrade but they stopped responding to my messages. Please help.

Your issue has been escalated [again] to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
 
In the meantime, please do not send a PM to an Official Employee unless requested because it is against the Forum Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy.
