Have Customer Service Contact me R***** D***** who is the Husband of S****** D*****. Xfinity Breached the Contract that bot parties had agreed upon that was negotiated with me by a Xfinity Sales Agent. Both Me and the Sales Agent Understood that call was recorded. The agreement was "Free" Ipad with 5G and I only had to pay taxes on it. Taxes were initially paid before receiving Ipad as agreed upon during phone discussion of contract negotiations. I only was able to see the Xfinity Bill and not the Xfinity Mobile Bill which was on Autopay on her card instead of autopay through checking account like Xfinity account. And we were promised 1 FULL Year of 5G Service for 0.00. I repeated asked the sales agent to confirm that we got a 0.00 "FREE" 5G IPAD and 1 FULL YEAR of XFINITY MOBILE 5G Service for 0.00 "FREE". I did not sign any agreements other than that. I only confirmed texts which Sales Agent repeated said was to pay for the taxes for the Ipad. To my dismay you have been wrongfully taking money from her account whether it be accidental or not for a Month Service Fee as well as payments for the FREE 0.00 Dollar Ipad. I am officially cancelling this now. I expect ALL Money refunded back in the account within 30 Days. If Not, I will Cancel the Xfinity service as well. This is not a dispute, their will be no further negotiating ANY contracts on both accounts. I believe I have made myself crystal clear. You can reach me at the number my wife will give you.
