Has anyone had success filing a complaint with the BBB?
I've been ripped-off for the past 2-months for tech charges that should not exist. In November, JoeB found the phone recording of the the Xfinity CSR who said the charge will be credited to my account, however, I ended-up having to pay (ridiculous auto-draft won't change). So thats 1.
Next, for December, I'm charged a tech fee of $100 AGAIN yet nobody has been out here. On a chat Xmas morning, I was told an immediate $60 would be credited and the remaining $40 a day or so later.
Guess what?
AGAIN, NOTHING! My account still reflects the charge for something never performed.
So, time to escalate instead of waiting for the liars to follow-thru.
Talk about a ruined holiday.
The problem I'm finding with the BBB site is the local Xfinity store is not listed. Still new to it so any advice would be helpful. Xfinity has definitely NOT come thru.
8+ yrs of no contract, decide to upgrade, and has been a nightmare ever since.
Can't wait to get out of this contract. The price being paid is not worth it.
Side note: the Flex box is worthless. Tried it and found its no good. My old Roku is still out-performing it especially with Hulu + Live, Netflix, and Prime. Just toss the box out at the local Xfinity store, or, hold onto it?

No, but I see something in the top right-hand side of the page. I'll try that.
Oddly, today, the link from within this thread is working. I'm no longer getting a 404.
But, based on everything that has NOT happened and no credits appearing, I've filed a review and complaint with the BBB.
