Had to pay 192 dollars to restore internet even though I wanted to cancel my service

I have had it up to here with Xfinity. First I had to pay to restore my internet even though I wanted to cancel but the robot wouldn't let me speak to a person. When I did pay it said that there was no person available. I also got charged an extra 80 dollars for no reason and I cant find anything on the bill to show what it was for. I want my service canceled and I want my 80 dollars back. At this point I feel a lawyer is needed.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
