7:57 P.M., December 24, 2025, You people have the nerve to send out bills. It's Christmas eve! What is wrong with you?

You can't figure out how to push a couple of buttons and delay the billing until after the holiday? Shame on you Grinches.

user_vggd4f - Hi there, and thank you so much for sharing your feedback. I completely understand how important it is to stay on top of your billing details. Your Xfinity bill is generated the same date each month, based on when your service started. You’ll find the exact Billing Date at the top of your statement, which shows when it was printed.
For upcoming charges or to review your billing cycle, you can easily check your Xfinity account or the Xfinity app. Did you know you can also adjust your billing due date to better fit your schedule? Here’s a helpful link with step-by-step instructions: How to move your due date
