Grace period

Does Xfinity have a grace period. My bill was due today but I made a payment arrangement for Feb 11. Will I lose any of my service till then. Thanks

Hello @user_78d535 with a payment arrangement, your services should not be interrupted as long as the past due balance on your account is paid on or before the payment arrangement date. 

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can take a further look at your payment arrangement.

 

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

I have attached a picture of what the direct chat message icon looks like. It will be in the upper right hand side of your browser. From there you will search for "xfinity support" and send us a message with the request information.

 

Are you not seeing these icons?
