Thank you for reaching out to our forums! That is a great question and I am here to help. Is this for a payment on a residential account or Xfinity mobile?

Normally we do not suspend services right away if you are not able to pay your bill on time. We do have a payment arrangement policy for when there is a delinquent amount on the account and you are able to make a payment at a later day. You may incur a late fee onto the account due to not paying on or before the due date but the payment arrangement would assist in keeping your services on while you have the additional time to make the payment. I would be happy to review your account and see how I can help.

Please send me a Direct Message with your name and service address so that I can fully dive into this for you! I will leave you instructions on how to initiate the message with us! I look forward to working with you soon!

- Click "Sign In" if necessary
- Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
- Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
- Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
- Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
- Press Enter to send your message

I also wanted to mention some additional information such as you can add the convenience of automatic bill pay, which guarantees no service interruptions or late fees due to non-payment. You can set up autopay by following this link: https://comca.st/34ldEZj. You can also set up text notifications to make sure you never miss a payment here https://comca.st/3n3lu0d.

I also love that we are able to offer the ability to change your due date as long as your account meets some basic guidelines when your account is current! You can visit the link: https://comca.st/32RzNy9 to learn how to change your bill due date once your bill is current! Your next bill may come sooner or later than normal. This is a 'transition' bill and may be higher or lower than a normal bill. Your new due date takes effect on the second bill after your request is completed.
