Grace period extension

Is there any way I can go about getting a extened grace peroid. I just lost some hours due to my job cutting my hours because someone got Covid and we have to quarantine. I might miss the due date of my internet bill and might get charged a late fee. Can someone help me with pointing me to the right direction?

Hi there! I appreciate you reaching out about your current situation and staying on top of your billing through these difficult times. Good news is if your account is not currently past due 30 days there is no need to worry about a late fee. A $10.00 late fee applies when an account is past due every 30, 60 and 90 days. It gets applied for payments not received within 30 days of the first day of your billing cycle and each 30 days thereafter until payment is received. If you are past more than 30 days you can set up a payment arrangement via the MyAccount app or reach out to us privately to help you set one up.

@ComcastEva so, you're saying we won't get charged a late fee unless we're past due on our due date 30 days or more? Is that still going on?
