Got a voicemail saying my 50% discount is ending today unless I call a certain number ??

This is probably a scam but I got a voicemail today from a Florida number (I live in PA) saying my 50% discount for Xfinity service was ending today and my bill would basically double if I don't call them back.  It kinda sounded like a robo-call and not a real human.  I never signed up for a "50% discount" so I can safely assume this is a scammer call, right?
