Gold Membership Means Nothing

I have disconnected my services and ended my years of service with Xfinity after a disappointing conversation with the Xfinity team.

My bill jumped up 60% since my contract ended, so I tried to reach out for a new offer. I understand plans change after the contract has ended, but the offers I received made no sense. New customers are receiving plans that are literally half of what I was being offered.

As a gold member for YEARS of services with Xfinity, the best you can do is $110 for 1 Gig, but new customers receive $50 for 1 Gig? How does that make sense and how is that fair?

I would have worked with them if they gave me a better offer, but not if its DOUBLE what new customers are paying. I truly enjoy Xfinity services, but if this is what a "Gold Member" is getting, there's no point.

Its a shame, but I will no longer continue with Xfinity.
