Going to sue if this is not resolved

I have not been getting the internet speeds I pay for every since I upgraded. I pay for 800mbps and I am only getting 200-300mbps on ethernet. I have been on the phone/chat with customer service every week trying to get it resolved. This has been going on for 4-5 months. They even sent a service tech out, which was stated would be free, however, I was charged $100. I was also promised that I would receive a refund for 3 months of service. Also, a rep sent me an Xfinity mobile sim, that I never wanted or activated and I was then charge for 3 months of Xfinity mobile service.

If I don't receive the following I will be suing:
1. Reimbursement for the full $100+ dollars for the service tech that I was told would be free.
2. Refund for 3 months of Xfinity internet service I was promised by a rep.
3. Refund for the 3 months of Xfinity Mobile that I never asked for and never activated.

4. Get the speeds I pay for consistently
