Going to have to change something

Our bill for internet, Xfinity Stream and one seldom used landline was $258/month for the last 12 months. Today, it's up to $266. Can't sustain Comcast at these prices. Will probably switch to YouTube TV and AT&T for internet. Don't really need the landline. Just pricing yourselves out of existence. And your customer service is so [Edited: "Language"] I wouldn't want any other service from you. See you.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

well, we've been DM'ing for a couple days now. Solution will be radical and unfortunately, I think rushed. Now I'm told our cable bill will jump to $311.xx. Do I want to sign another 2 year contract to get the cable bill back to what it was only a year ago and bound to rise again?
