Gigabite extra 1200 mbps Plan

Why am I being charged for $10 for  an extra gigabyte when I’m already paying for a plan that is called the extra gigabyte plan it’s already supposed to include the extra gigabyte. For years I have been charged $10 extra per month for this and I don’t believe I’m supposed to be paying that, nobody can give me a logical explanation and it’s very very frustrating. I want to take that off and be reimbursed for the $10 I have been charged for years.  Also your system keeps signing me up for Paramount and Showtime and I’m being charged $12 per month. I never did this and your system makes it impossible to cancel it. Can you please cancel this please? My bill is over $200 for Internet and it’s crazy.
