I was to get a 200 dollar gift card mailed to me but never got it. how do I check with a real person

Same here. I was told Id get a gift card after 90 days if my service stayed the same. I happened to change from a comcast modem to a personal modem. That apparently disqualified me however after talking to an agent, I was assured I would get the card after another additional 90 days. That 90 days came, I talked with an agent again. Same thing, repeat, no card. I wonder if anyone got that card.
