Ghost account billed and sent to collections

Huge bill for an unknown account under my name was sent to collections. No outstanding balance on Xfinity mobile and internet accounts. All services have been cancelled since January but I have been receiving emails of bills. I’ve gone to 2 Xfinity stores, called Xfinity support agents, and Xfinity chat to verify this bill. No one can see this bill or find any other account under my name. I was assured there will be no charges moving forward. And now a collections company has been messaging me. Need assistance to resolve this problem.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

Update: There is no added insight or assistance given. They verified no outstanding bill. I was advised to dispute collections company. They did not take any other action
