Getting my internet cable buried

I currently have xfinity wifi. Recently my wifi went out and I needed to have a technician come and check it out. Turns out a neighbor mowed the lawn and cut our cable since it is out of the ground. The technician did a great job and restored the cable. I had a message from xfinity sent to me asking if I wanted to have the cable buried. But they didnt send much info besides that. I wanted to know how much they would charge me for that and what to expect from the visit.
