Getting less for more.

I switched to Comcast/Xfinity three years ago because the internet speeds and prices were so much better than AT&T.  But each year when my "promotional" contract expires and my price goes way up, I have to call and beg for a new deal, which inevitably results in a higher bill than before, though it usually includes faster download speeds.  This year, however, the increase is just too much to swallow.  To keep my monthly bill from going up more than 10%, I have to cut my internet speeds in half.  Fine, I can live with the slower speeds.  But paying 10% more for 50% less is ridiculous and makes Comcast look terrible.

I am only taking the time to type this in the hopes that Comcast will hear that I am now looking for a different provider.  As soon as one becomes available offering comparable service for less, I will switch.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
