Getting charged for free mobile line [Edited]

Hello Team,

This is with respect to ticket [Edited: "Personal Information"].  As a resolution, I received a refund for past transactions and was given credit, so I won't be charged until my one-year free line tenure is over.

However, I see a $75.11 charge on my credit card ending in 4423, dated 02/23/2026.
Transaction details BAL ADJ/XFINITY MOBILE
Could you please check and take the necessary action?
