Getting charged for 7 cable boxes I only have 3

For 2 years lost access to my Xfinity account to find out I have been paying $99 a month for 7 cable boxes  when I only have 3. I called to cancel service and kept Internet but men The Agent never offered reimbursement , How do CAN I have a refund ?
