Getting billed for service I've never used and have no way to cancel.

Moved into a new apartment one month ago and tried setting up the Xfinity router and it was non-fuctional and after hours of troubleshooting with live agents and scheduling for technicians made no progress. Never was able to even set up the network. Had AT&T installed the next day and have been using it ever since with no problems.

Just got an email today that I owe $85 to Xfinity, when I've never even set up the network and haven't used a single byte of data. On the site there is no where to cancel and the live assistant is equally useless. Can't even reach a real person on the phone.

Help.
