Getting billed even after cancellation

I just got off chat with a representative and as soon as I was out, within few mins I got an email showing I got billed again for August even though I cancelled on July 4th.

Multiple reps are giving different answers saying do not pay the bill even if you receive but it is auto charged. This is not fair.

One of the references for my cancellation is 1001768793682013. I have chat transcripts to prove that my account is cancelled and I should not be paying, yet it keeps happening.
