Getting billed after cancellation (multiple cancellations)
I have cancelled my services on 3/30/26, received a cancellation order number, was promised prorated credit to be mailed via check.
However, I saw my credit card get charged on 4/25/26 with the regular monthly amount.
I called again on 4/26/26 and understood there were technical issues with the first cancellation, was given a new cancellation order number.
Today, I see the May bill coming through with recurring monthly charges...
Could someone let me know who in Xfinity knows how to fix this?
I just don't have the time to wait on line and repeat these again.

Click the "Direct Message" icon Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
