Getting a refund

I have been owed $20.00 since April and have not received my refund. Xfinity 3rd party said they sent a card with refund but I still event seen card or money now they are saying its closed.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
