Get service restored!

I have been extremely frustrated. It's been months I had a due balance of about 322 and few days ago I was able to pay it off. I've since then have continued to call support or update my service but nothing works. The customer service bots never get me to a real live service agent and trying to restore my service never works because it won't give me what I had before and continues to try to order a new gateway and equipment. I have everything right in front of me already setup. Just activate the same equipment already. I'm tired of the running in circles.

Let's meet in a private thread so I can collect your account details and continue helping. Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.
How to Send Us a Direct Message:
1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. 
4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.
