Get help as customer service agents are lying and provide wrong info
Hi, I've been trying to get help with the online chat but all I get is wrong info from people who can't do their job properly and keep lying, and no help at all!!!! Is it possible to talk to someone who actually know their job and can help me?? I canceled my internet service and on the last month you charged me the wrong amount!!! I want a refund and to receive the final statement which nobody is able to provide at your supposedly customer's service
