Get help as customer service agents are lying and provide wrong info

Hi, I've been trying to get help with the online chat but all I get is wrong info from people who can't do their job properly and keep lying, and no help at all!!!! Is it possible to talk to someone who actually know their job and can help me?? I canceled my internet service and on the last month you charged me the wrong amount!!! I want a refund and to receive the final statement which nobody is able to provide at your supposedly customer's service

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message

yeah that's exactly what I did and where people replying kept transferring me to other people and telling lies and wrong info. So how do I talk directly to someone who knows how to do their job???

We are a live support team you may speak to more than one agent to ensure you are not waiting around for help if we are busy.
