Get charge $100 when tech come to fix the problem outside my apartment.

Timeline:

09/20/2021 Start xfinity service and choose install-by-myself, network connected.

09/22/2021 Network disconnected and called for maintenance

09/23/2021 Tech came and found the the problem was the CABLE OUTSIDE the apartment

10/13/2021 First bill looks good.

Now I get a email that there will be $100 one time charge for the tech visit in the 11/13/2021 bill.

There is not any information about the tech fee.

The tech told me the problem was the CABLE OUTSIDE broken.

Should I charged for the problem outside my apartment?
