Get bills from older xfinity account (account from older address)

How do i access bills from older xfinity account after service transfer to new address? The billing section on xfinity account only goes back since the move to new address.

Things i tried, 1. ask live agent in chat to send - they couldnt. They tried sending me link https://customer.xfinity.com/#/billing that wasnt helpful. Since my account doesn't have the older bills

I was unable to switch accounts. My older xfinity account shows up in Account settings as inactive but bills from that account are not shown.

Trying forum as live chat was not able to resovle the issue. Any ideas?

Hello, @user_jjnown thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. I definitely want to investigate the older billing access further, and had a couple of questions when you have time to answer:

- To confirm you've linked the accounts together: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts ?
- How long has the old account been closed (from experience, I've seen billing typically is accessible for about 18 months)?

Hi, Yes the accounts are linked together. The previous address shows up as inactive.

The old account was closed 2 months ago ( Nov 6, 2025). Today is Jan 8, 2025.

The billing history has only 2 billing cycles of history. The ones from the new address.

Thank you for confirming that the accounts are linked and the old account was closed two months ago @user_jjnown. To confirm, are you using the XFINITY app or web browser https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-xfinity-billing-history?
