Get billed after cancellation + Living abroad
I am living abroad currently. Before I flew, I cancelled all of my Xfinity services -- mobile and internet. It seems like the internet was only cancelled; not the mobile. I keep getting charged for 2 months already (Feb, Mar) and it is likely that I will get charged more. Unfortunately, it is very difficult for me to call Xfinity since I am in another country right now.
How should I solve this issue?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
