Get access denied when selecting to pay bill

I am logged in to my Comcast/Xfinity account and go to the page showing my monthly bill but when I select to pay my bill, it takes me to a new page with the message "Access Denied". I cannot pay my bill and am now 1 day late. How else can I pay my bill since I'm unable to do it online? How can I find someone to contact to fix the problems preventing me from paying my bill? I cannot find a human link to try and get this fixed. I suppose I have to go to the Comcast store tomorrow just to pay my bill and given there are only kiosks, I'll probably be unable to pay my bill at the store either.

To send a "Direct Message" message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
