Gateway

I want to send the gateway back and get a refund. I told a recent agent to not include the gateway and she lied.

@user_wsdt8d I’m sorry to hear about the miscommunication of the rental device. We have a few ways you can return your equipment such as taking it to any UPS or Xfinity store. My favorite is scheduling a pickup, I have a link with all of those steps for you here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/returning-your-equipment.
