future billing 11/08 to 12/07

I paid my bill and looked that I had a promotion ending 10/30/2025 (of which i did not know i had).

I called to see why future bill went up almost $100.   No one was able to see/ tell me where i saw this.    I told them i saw it under my bill.

I was told call customer service and was hung up on.

I cannot see any details online under billing.    As far as I am concerned, with xfinity "intentionally" being unreachable for these questions, xfinity should be charged with mail fraud.

To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
