Frustrated with non existent Billing help

I have talked to 5 different representatives today who all said the couldn’t help me but referred to a different number and still no help with my bill. I was told end of May that my account was a plan that 39 dollars will be my monthly charge moving forward. I was on ACP program that expired but I was told I was set up with a low monthly payment plan. Xfinity claims there is no such thing even though there is such plans being advertised online right now. So they have been charging me around 100 per month and also partial fee for upgrading services which I never agreed to. Now I have a notice of disconnect to pay over 300 dollars and no one to talk to about the charges…. Until I pay them over 300 dollars. Where’s the integrity?
