Frustrated for high bills

Contacting since June 2025 for every month for high bills which can’t be afforded. Everytime representative made fake promises but right after that every month got the same bill. Every time representative told me I have enrolled you in new plan and you will get $50 bill but getting $78ish bill every month. Why do you make fake promises on chat. It’s frustrated and not trustworthy

Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
