Frustrated and told lies from customer service
I’ve contacted customer service 2 times with issues with my bills. I’ve been promised a cheaper bill, with discounted prices, connected my bank account, and done everything I was told to receive a discount.
How can I find an email to send the Chat IDs to and prove that I was lied to by the agents.
