From 73.29 to 112.71 with no warning?

after trying to deal with your horrible customer service for over an hour I’m gonna be making this post and then looking into what I can do legally considering you guys have spent 0 warning in any regard as to a almost 50% price increase. I have spent the same amount of money for Wi-Fi for over 2 years now and then all of a sudden there’s a 40$ increase. 0 email 0 text 0 anything warning that this price change was going to be happening. This is scummy and you hide behind making a horrible customer service platform to do anything abiut it.

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_9tcgmz! I completely understand wanting to know what caused this increase. Are you able to load a PDF of a previous bill that was $73.29 using our app or website?

 

Page 3 of the monthly statements should show an itemized breakdown of each service. In the “My Xfinity Plan” section the green font will show promotional and contracted discounts as well as the date they expire. If a promotion recently expired, it may not appear on the newest bill so we will want to check previous bills before the increase occurred.
