Frequent Outage & Terrible attitude from agents & Deletion of post
I've been thourgh maintenance five times in the last 10 days.
When I talked to agent from xfinity website, every agent simply transffered me to another agent, putting me into the line, never solved the problem.
I made a post in /r/Comcast_Xfinity/ complaining about the outage, but the post is deleted without any explanation to me why it's deleted.
It's all frustration, frustraion, frustration. I can't believe a modern company can treat customer like this.

Thanks for reaching out to us, as a customer who works from home I understand the need to have a reliable working connection. Service interruptions can happen for multiple reasons whether there's maintenance work to enhance the areas network or maintenance work to make sure the services are running as they should be. There can also be unplanned service interruptions that could be weather related or unplanned issues at our nodes or plans.
We never expect our customers to pay for services they can't use due to Xfinity service interruptions , therefore we have our self-service option where you can apply for credit for the downtime once the service interruption has been resolved. Just visit xfinity.com/support/status, they'll see the Tips in case of an outage section at the bottom of the page and can click the link, Check eligibility.
