Free year of Xfinity mobile with new internet.

My credit card was charged for a month of mobile service, but a free year came with my new internet service. How do I get this rectified?

Hello, @user_5jsas9 thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. You've contacted the right place for assistance, and I'd like to investigate the billing concern further. With the Xfinity Mobile free line for a year, I you shouldn't be billed for the line but there may be a one time $25 line activation fee if there isn't a promotion to waive that fee as well. 

To ensure I'm on the same page, was the bill you receive for a line activation charge or was it billed for the unlimited data line?
