Free Xfinity rewards indoors/outdoors camera

On Thursday, August 20th, I saw an Xfinity reward that said free camera, " which I redeemed thinking it was free. I found out it's not free; I have to pay a fee, and more bills are being added to my account. I need this order to be canceled. It said it would be shipped in 4 to 6 weeks. I have been an Xfinity member for 16 years. I don't need a camera I have to pay for. I live in a building that has its own surveillance; I don't need more fees and bills. This is misleading

I can understand why you're upset, especially if you redeemed the reward believing the camera would be completely free and are now concerned about additional charges. I'd be happy to review the order and your account to see what options are available. How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
