Free Watch because of being a diamond customer
When visiting your store on Monday, July 20, 2026, I was told that I qualify for a free watch because I was a Diamond Customer. I repeatedly asked the Xfinity staff member if there were any monthly charges attached to receiving and using the watch. The response was no each time. The only charge was the taxes which applied to the value of the watch. Today I received a call from Xfinity verifying the delivery of the watch today. Upon questioning, I was told that there was a monthly charge of $11.12 for usage. I informed that individual that I was not given this correct information during my visit to the store and that I would either not accepted receipt of the watch or I would be returning it to the store. I am disgusted and disappointed about this situation.

I have the same issue. In April this year, a Xfinity agent told me that I am awarded a free Apple Watch because I am a Diamond customer. I explicitly asked and was told that there would be no charge for the watch and no monthly service fee if the watch is not activated. But a month later, Xfinity started to charge $10/month. The issue is still not resolved.
