Fraudulent Comcast Charge

Comcast charged me $157.00 on August 22, 2025 which is a charge connected to nothing. I pay $70.00 once a month to Comcast for internet service. Comcast looked at this charge and told me to my face this was a fraudulent charge but has made no effort to correct it. I’m not sure where to go with this except to report it to it to the Federal Communications Commission.
