Fraudulent changes to my account

Someone from Xfinity changed my account adding landline to my account without even talking to me. I set up my account in March these changes happened in April I have not even looked at changing services so tell me how someone from Xfinity was able to upgrade my account without my permission adding landline which I would never get on my account because I have no need for landline! Check your associates someone’s being dishonest about their upgrades
