Fraudulent billing

I Have read many other complaints and responses and also I’ve had trouble with repeated billing after I’ve clearly canceled my services and the app is telling me I am no longer a customer. [Edited: "Soliciting"]. My next step is to television media and or legal representation.
It is just sort of puzzling to me when you try to re-explain and request a supervisor. The responses are that either there is no supervisor available or the representative cannot hear you or hangs up on you.
it is concerning when you have to call 5 to 6 times and you promised things that just never seemed to be resolved. I want my account deleted and I want my credit card removed from this automatic billing.

i’m wondering if there is criteria here for a class action lawsuit?

user_c1fd91 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I understand that you are requesting the account be deleted and that the card be removed for automatic billing. Our team would love to take a look at this for you and see how we can assist you. Just a heads up, we can never fully delete an account, it can be disconnected, but the account record remains with us. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
