Fraudulent billing practices and no real people
This is the second time trying to post this...
I am fed up with Xfinity. You can NEVER get to a real person to resolve issues. The phone numbers they give out send you to a person in another country who tells you they can't help you, or you cannot get out of the stupid phone loop.
I got a call for a bill they say I owe from 2023 that I have NEVER been contacted about in 2 years until I signed up to get service again in CA. We move next week. She refused to let me talk to a supervisor, and when I got upset she hung up on me! I am beyond angry.
I am getting ready to cancel the install and pay whatever the other internet companies asks for just to be done with Xfinity. I have been a customer forever! This is NOT how you treat customers.
Shame on you!

We would be more than happy to check into the balance and charges to see what they are for and if that is something that needs to be taken care of or not to start service. In order to take a deeper look at the charges please send us a direct message with your full name and the service address with the balance.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
