Fraudulent bill shows 400mbps but plan shows only 200mbps
Long story short my dad died earlier this month so I had our Comcast transferred into my name which was a problem as is. I was sent link to submit death certificates online then a week after submitting them and hearing nothing I finally got ahold of a real person who said I’d have to go do it in person. When we did the switch I canceled my cable because I no longer needed it. I did nothing to change my Wi-Fi plan. My bill from January 22 2024 shows a receipt for 400 mbps Wi-Fi plan (what my dad has always had) and the changed I made with canceling cable. So why when I checked my plan speed today (January 25 2024) through the website, did it say I only have a 200 mbps plan. I can never get ahold of a person when I call and the xfinity chat is absolutely no help. I don’t want my WiFi changed, I want the plan I am paying for and have had for years. As if my family isn’t going through enough now I’m going to need to figure out this fraudulent billing issue with a company that truthfully doesn’t seem to value its customers.
