Fraud committed by customer service agents

Hello,

I reached out repeatedly over the course of 3 months to receive a refund for my non functioning storm ready wifi device that I returned to the xfinity store. I was told by 3 different agents I would have the charges removed from my bill and they were not. When I filed a complaint with my bank, I was then charged the full bill on my next bill, and I’m now being hit with an additional $30 return fee charge. I am beyond infuriated and plan on filing formal complaints with my state Attorney General and the FTC. There is clearly fraud taking place with your online agents who are not based in the US. They lie repeatedly to just get customers off of the line. I am owed over $145 for the device as well as the $30 return check charge since the issue was xfinity’s and not my bank. I have screenshots of all my chat conversations with xfinity agents promising full refunds that were never followed through. I plan on providing all evidence of this fraud to every relevant regulatory agency.
