Fraud Claim
I have a record from my financial institution of payments withdrawn from my account and sent to Comcast totaling $4495.16 - NONE of those payments were applied to my Comcast account. While I did not authorize them, the least we could do at this point is credit my account with the balance that I can prove I have paid. Instead, Comcast is now demanding a payment and threatening to stop service. I will NOT pay until I know where the money I have already (unwillingly) paid went. I have filed a fraud claim with Comcast and was sent a letter that aspects of the materials required were missing. They were not. I filed the claim IN FULL. I believe Comcast is delaying an internal investigation.
I currently owe Comcast over $700 by their records. I welcome them to take me to court or collections as I do have records proving payments.
So far, none of my calls or requests for internal investigation have been successful. Comcast says they just cannot help. It's not that they can't, they won't. Cancel my service. There are plenty of other options in my area.

The concern is not "Community Center" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
