Fox is suddenly unavailable which means I can not watch the Seahawks game. As this is part of what I pay for I believe I should receive a discount on my bill.

@user_a635a6 We pay programmers in order to bring our customers the entertainment they love, and our agreements with programmers expire from time to time. We have successfully negotiated thousands of agreements with programmers and reached agreements in almost every instance. However, we have made a number of reasonable offers that Imagicomm Communications has not accepted. As a result, we are prevented from making this content available through Xfinity and Comcast Business, including related TV Go channels and On Demand. We continue to work to keep this programming, but only with fair terms and conditions that make sense for our customers. As a Seahawks fan that this issue is effecting too, I hope for both of us that this is resolved soon.
